The Lawrence Partnership Fellows is a pilot program aimed at advancing the professional careers of young people from Lawrence. The program is being developed with executive leaders from the region, including the Lawrence Partnership's Board of Directors, whose members are predominantly C-suite professionals. These leaders have committed to making it a priority to recruit from the Fellows Program when looking to hire entry level positions and interns.
