Required Criteria

• Must have 2+ years of prior experience managing a food based establishment

• Applicants should provide quality/affordable/regular service to area market, including NECC students and staff

• If selected, ready to open business as early as February 2019

 

Preferred Criteria

• Highly advantageous to be Lawrence resident

• Advantageous to be a Merrimack Valley resident

• Desire to keep in Lawrence after incubation period
